Exploring the notion of limitation serves as a core conceptual framework for this project, arising directly from the exhibition venue—its challenges and possibilities. Through diverse creative approaches, the exhibiting artists reflect on this theme, shaping a distinctive yet balanced site-specific exhibition where imposed restrictions become a source of creative potential. By crossing and reimagining boundaries—both metaphorically and literally—two contrasting artistic practices converge into a unified visual experience. Flat surfaces emerge, hidden materials are revealed, spatial depth shifts, and the edges of the walls dissolve.
Observing the interplay between the two artistic directions and their varied mediums, one senses an elusive yet shared foundation within the exhibited installations: an inquiry into how we navigate boundaries and what lies beyond them…
